Trafius is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its users. This Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when using our services.

2. Service Offered

Trafius is an artificial intelligence agent accessible via WhatsApp that allows digital marketing professionals to query metrics and data from their Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns through natural language conversations.

3. Data We Collect

3.1 Registration Data

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • WhatsApp number
  • Billing data (for payment processing)

3.2 Meta Ads Integration Data

  • OAuth access tokens granted during authorization with Meta
  • Ad account identifiers (Ad Account IDs)
  • Campaign metrics (spend, CPC, CPM, CTR, impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA, ROAS)

3.3 Usage Data

  • Messages sent to the agent via WhatsApp
  • Query and interaction history
  • External API request logs

4. How We Use Data

  • Provide the core service: querying your Meta Ads metrics via WhatsApp
  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • Process subscription payments
  • Send reports and alerts you have configured
  • Improve service quality and fix bugs
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

5. Meta (Facebook) Integration

To access your ad data, Trafius uses Meta's Marketing API. Authorization is done exclusively via OAuth, through the web panel — never via WhatsApp.

You can revoke access at any time in your Facebook settings.

6. Data Security

  • AES-256 encryption: OAuth tokens stored with bank-grade encryption
  • Customer isolation: impossible for one user to access another's data
  • AI without credential access: the AI model never receives tokens, only business data
  • Secure connections: all communication via HTTPS/TLS

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Your data may be shared only with:

  • Meta Platforms, Inc.: exclusively to query your ad data via API
  • Payment processors: to process subscriptions
  • Legal authorities: when required by law

8. Data Retention

Your data is kept while your account is active. Upon cancellation:

  • OAuth tokens are immediately revoked and deleted
  • Personal data is deleted within 30 days
  • Anonymized usage logs may be kept for statistical purposes

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: request a copy of your data
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate data
  • Deletion: request erasure
  • Portability: transfer your data
  • Withdrawal: withdraw consent

10. Cookies

The web panel uses strictly necessary cookies to maintain your session and remember preferences. We do not use third-party advertising tracking cookies.

11. Minors

Trafius is directed exclusively at digital marketing professionals and does not intentionally collect data from minors under 18.
